  • What this is: 6 to 12 month program serving multiple leaders or teams in a group setting.

  • How we’ll work together: Monthly half-day sessions of interactive, engaging, goal-driven, action-oriented workshops. Workshops provide education, problem discussion, practice, goal-setting, and review of progress toward goals.

  • How we’ll work together: A standardized group of topics is offered, but a bespoke plan is available to meet your unique needs.
